the process begins with a consultation (by email or phone call), where we discuss your ideas, materials, and design elements.
a quote will be provided shortly after at which point a 30% down payment will be required to start the design process.
when completed, photos and videos will be sent to you for approval.
once approved, the remaining 70% will be billed. upon payment, it will be packaged and mailed within 1-3 business days.
please expect a 3-4 week turnaround time on custom orders. often, this time will be much shorter depending on current demand.
